This parcel has lots of trees and sits along a long northwest to southeast ridge with a quiet valley to the southeast. It is irregular and is from about 850 feet on the north side to about 1100 feet on the south side, along the road, about 650 feet on the east side and about 50 feet on the west side. There is a deeded access road right to Highway 95 and is about 2 miles north of State Highway 14, which goes east to West Plains or west to Ava. Highway 95 goes north to Vanzant and then to Mountain Grove, which is on US Highway 60 east of Springfield.

Great for Home site, Cabin, RV, etc with Good Access on the corner of two rural paved roads! This wooded one plus acre site is an excellent recreational parcel or building site. It is in southern Missouri, on the corner of Highways TT and W, nearthousands of acres of the Mark Twain National Forest and just 6 miles from Mountain View, Missouri and the nearest Wal-mart.

You are also near thousands of acres of the Mark Twain National Forest, which is open to hiking, hunting, site seeing and so on.
