Payments may also be made through eCheck, you will need the above information including your bank name, account and routing number. We do not save any of this information. The eCheck usually takes up to 3-7 days to clear.
Please note that if the address is not the one that you used to register your credit or debit card (where the statement goes), our security will block the transaction until you enter the correct address information.
After payment is complete you will be directed to a printable receipt page, if you have an email address a copy of the payment receipt is automatically emailed to you.

If a deposit is made on a property in order to hold it off the market, the deposits are non-refundable. That is the payment for holding the property and taking it off the market.
All other monies paid towards property will be considered equity to be used by the buyer at a later date if the buyer would like to purchase another property and will be credited off of the purchase price of the new parcel.
You may hold a property off the market for 7-days for a non-refundable deposit of $200. If you decide to purchase the property, the $200 will come off the monthly payment. If you decided not to purchase the property, it is non-refundable.
Trading properties is permitted but is not to be abused. Often clients are buying property while being out of the state and unable to view what they are purchasing. The trading program is designed to help with that issue, not to be used for trading when the newest parcels become available. Before a trade is approved, after the first thirty days of the initial purchase, there will be an additional $500 that must be paid towards the down payment including the difference in the down payment, if any. The first monthly payment for the property that you are requesting a transfer to will also need to be paid, depending on the date the transfer is approved. This will also apply if Buyers want their equity frozen and then use it later.

A warranty deed is a type of deed where the grantor (seller) guarantees that he or she holds clear title to a piece of real estate and has a right to sell it to the grantee (buyer).
A special warranty deed is a real estate deed by which the seller only warrants or guarantees the title against defects in clear title that may have arisen during the period of its tenure or ownership of the property. A special warranty deed is an exception to the more commonly issued general warranty deed.
We make every effort to provide accurate GPS location on each listing we have on our website and mark all our properties with the same colored ribbons to avoid confusion. Yes, we mark our property with Blue, Orange, & Pink ribbons. The corners are generally marked with a combination of these colors and a single one of these colors can indicate a reference marker to help keep you in line to the next corner.
Yes, we encourage our buyers to go view the property before purchasing and we provide accurate GPS coordinates on each of our property listings on the website so anyone can find the property using Google Maps.
We offer owner financing to everyone regardless of your history. We do not run your background or do a credit report on anyone ever! If you have the down payment plus the first month’s payment then you can own property today.
