They have a Wal-Mart Supercenter, three grocery stores, retail shopping, feed stores, hardware stores, and restaurants. Cabool, MO, is only about 15 minutes to the property's east. They will also have the amenities for everyday life, and they just don't have as many options as Mtn. Grove. They also have several factories if you need employment.
