The property does not have a drilled well or septic system in place. Also, there is no access to city/rural water or sewer in this area so you will need to use alternative methods for your utility needs. You are welcome to drill a well, install a cistern, rainwater catchment system, etc. Septic systems, lagoons, outhouses, and composting toilets are all approved in this area.
