The power company that supplies power in the area is White River Electric CO-OP. They are a reasonable company with very fair pricing. The parcel is far outside the city limits and therefore away from city water and sewer. You will need to drill a well, set up a water collection system, or whatever you can think of as no restrictions are saying you have to have a well. You also have several options for waste management such as septic, lagoon, or an outhouse. There is no time-limit to build or any regulations saying that you have to build or what you can build so you are more than welcome to bring your RV or camper and park it as long as you wish.
