There are also two ponds near the second clearing with one located near the South end of the clearing and the second situated near the North-East corner. There are several fruit trees planted around the second clearing including pear, apple, and pecan.

This property would be perfect for a small farm or full-scale homestead. There are enough cleared and open areas on the land to make a good amount of pasture land with a little bit of work and fencing. The old road leading from the entrance pass the first clearing to the second clearing and on to the East property line does have some deep ruts that will need to be fixed for easy travel across the land but can be easily managed with a four-wheel drive truck or S.U.V.

Access to a shared well, and electric are both available approximately 1,000 feet from the first clearing. Access to the property is via a deeded easement road which runs to the property and not through the land so only you will have access to your land and can fence off and gate the entire parcel.
