Things-to-do-nearby: Clearwater Lake: This public use lake is approximately 1,600 acres and offers excellent fishing and plenty of fun for the whole family. This lake was created and is maintained by the Corp of Engineers. The lake is open for boating, tubing, jet skiing, fishing, and swimming. There are approximately 97 camping sites at the lake including those with and without utilities, and RV/camper sites. There are also several miles of trails to hike or bring your ATV and explore. Big Spring: Located just a short drive from the property sits the town of Van Buren, Mo which is home to the worlds largest natural spring. Big Spring produces approximately 286 million gallons of water each day and carries around 70 tons of limestone which give the spring its spectacular color. The spring can be seen from the parking area and offers wheelchair accessible trails that lead right down to the water. There are also several different classes of campsites available including Rv/camper sites.

Directions from Piedmont, Missouri: Take S Main Street to N Main Street towards Highway 49. Turn left on Hwy 49 and go approximately four miles to turn left on 349A. You will come up to a T-intersection almost immediately, turn left. Head down the gravel road and when the gravel road turns right, look for the first long driveway on the right. The driveway is the Easement road, follow that road and stay left. You will pass between a mobile home on the right and a fence on the left. Follow the easement road to the top of the mountain. The road will make a sharp left, and you will pass a small homestead on the right. Continue to the next T-intersection. Make a right at that intersection, and the SW corner of the property will be on your right immediately after you turn.
